Fast lap from Wednesday's qualifying at the 2022 SCCA National Championship Runoffs at VIRginia International Raceway. This lap in the #7 Maxton's Fight/Jesse Prather Motorsports/Hoosier/Carbotech Mazda Miata earned the Tire Rack Pole Position for the race, setting a new qualifying track record at 2:06.217. Qualifying for the Runoffs used the South timing line. Not my tidiest lap but it was fast. Starts with a quick missed shift but was helped by a great tow from Mason Workman.
