Here’s my Personal Best Lap @ Buttonwillow Raceway
This is my first time at Buttonwillow raceway and I did a 2.02.9!
I started off with a 2.13.6 my very first try, so making adjustments and improving after each session was such a great feeling. This track is definitely hard on the vehicle compared to Laguna Seca & Sonoma Raceway.
After reviewing the footage, I know that I can definitely sub2 next time I come out. For example, if I had a better exit out of sunset, not downshifted to 3rd at bus stop & stayed in 4th, and can commit to sending it in Riverside flat out. Plus some other excuses lol.
Please share some advice and comments down below. By no means am I a great driver, so open to suggestions.
