My fastest lap in my VW Golf 2.0 8V race car during the BMW Car Club of Gauteng's Time Trials at Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit.

My previous best at the track was a 2:14.685 during the 111 Sports and Saloons Series' Race 1 the previous weekend. I managed to improve my time to a 2:14.211 despite the ambient temperature being 33 degrees at the time. My straight line speed was down from the previous weekend's laps thanks to the heat.
