Aintree summer sprint took me a while to get in the groove and had to wait till the last run of the day to equal my PB with a 52.12 which netted me a 2nd in class just behind Roger fish on a brilliant 52.07 only .03 off his class record, shame i couldn't do this on my 2nd timed run for the HSA points but brilliant day and fantastic people to spend it with
