What happens when you run slick tyres in torrential rain with water flowing across the track?
This was one of the hairiest track nights we’ve ever done at Luddenham Raceway.
Ride onboard in this Honda Civic Type-R FK8 POV as we tiptoe on the absolute limit of grip, fighting aquaplaning, zero visibility, and standing water — all while chasing lap time.
To break it down properly, we’re running Garmin Catalyst telemetry, showing braking points, steering inputs, throttle control, and racing line adjustments in extreme wet conditions.
This video is a real-world lesson in car control, decision-making, and why smooth inputs matter more than horsepower when conditions turn nasty.
