This is my first tracking season and about 5th time at VIMC with my 992 Porsche GT3 since tracking for 4 years with an 800hp track prepped 2018 Camaro ZL1. I was able to set a new pb of 1:15.7 with helpful coaching from faster drivers than me. Following their "slow in, fast out" instructions was the key to me improving my lap time from 1:16.1 in the last open lapping track day. It was 24 degrees out, not hot but not ideal cool temp either. Car is on Cup 2R tires.
