The Volkswagen Golf GTI Clubsport 45, introduced in 2021, is a special edition of the GTI Clubsport, celebrating the 45th anniversary of the iconic GTI badge. Powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine, it produces 296 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission. The Clubsport 45 offers a 0-60 mph time of around 5.6 seconds and a top speed of 166 mph, with a standard "Race package" that removes the speed limiter for added performance.
This model features exclusive design elements, including a black roof, black rear spoiler, and special "45" badging. The Akrapovič exhaust system enhances the sporty character, while 19-inch Scottsdale alloy wheels and a redesigned front splitter improve aesthetics and aerodynamics. Inside, it includes premium materials, GTI branding, and advanced infotainment with digital displays.
