The Ariel Atom 4 is a minimalistic road-legal open-wheeler faithful to the fundamentals of a racing car under a futuristic profile designed by Simon Saunders and manufactured by the Ariel Motor Company in Somerset, England. This high-performance iteration has been in production since 2018. It includes a 6-speed manual transmission and a new Honda K20C1 turbocharged 2.0L DOHC engine, delivering a maximum output power of 320 Bhp at 6500 Rpm, with 420Nm of peak torque. Driving one of these monocoque two-seaters is the closest to racing on a Formula 1 or IndyCar vehicle, with its 162 Mph top speed and 0-62 Mph acceleration time of only 2.8 seconds. This Ariel Atom 4 is a raw, face-to-face encounter between the driver and his ride to break loose of their limits on the road.
The Ariel Atom 4 is a brilliant British racer featuring the most simplistic yet complex street-legal racer concept that puts its head and shoulders over its competitors. This exotic and lightweight machine is a perfect choice for race-car enthusiasts around the globe, with its cage-on-wheels design, high-performance features, and $49,000 price. The Ariel Atom 4 includes a digital display screen behind the steering wheel that controls the parking brake, pedals, and gearshifts. This particular model doesn't have any doors, windows, or roofs. In change, it comes with a transparent mini windshield and rearview mirrors outside of the cockpit. The standard tire setup comes with Avon ZZR A24 195/50R16 and 255/40R17 tires, supported by a competition-tuned suspension and brake system.
