NASA NorCal Thunderhill, May 10, 2025, Saturday race 1.

The oil on the track in April badly damaged 3 cars, none of which were fixed by this event. Also, the May event was Mother's Day weekend, which significantly impacted attendance despite the Friday/Saturady scheduling. Finally it was forecast to be 100 degrees. All of which meant that when race time came, we only had 2 of the usual ST4 cars (myself and Tony Zwain in the blue Edge 38 car), plus a few Spec E46s that were doubling up on race opportunities.

As with the Friday race, I ran the Track Attack Pros, started P2, and managed to get past Tony into turn 1 with the extra power. Unlike Friday I didn't make any mistakes big enough to let him pass later in the race, so managed to stay ahead for the whole race to win!
