This video captures a 2008 Honda S2000 CR completing a lap at Ridge Motorsports Park on May 14th, 2017, achieving a best lap time of 1:55.6.

The car is equipped with several modifications including a K&N intake, Hondata tuning, a custom ghetto eBay catch can, Hytech Header and cat, and a T1R 65mm single exit exhaust. Suspension upgrades feature Penske 8300 coilovers and a Gengron front sway bar, with no rear sway bar. The car runs on 17x9 +62 Kosei K8r wheels with 255/40/17 RE71R tires, which were nearing the end of their lifespan. An OS Giken super lock differential is also installed.

The driver noted that the worn tires made the car feel "edgy" at its limit. Despite this, the car performed well overall, though a minor understeer issue was observed due to the new locking differential. The driver believes installing a rear sway bar could shave off a few tenths. The session was cut short as oil temperatures reached 135C/275F.

Notably, the car seen ahead at the beginning of the lap was a C7 Z06.
