My second time at buttonwillow, had only done about 15 laps prior. Took me a while to understand the corners, still don't understand about half of them lol. I can see why people enjoy the track so much, very momentum focused and takes small precise steering inputs to be quick. I'll keep pushing for a sub2, it's been done on this platform by professional drivers but I'm far from it.
