This video captures a time attack lap in a 2006 Volkswagen GTI (MK5) at Calabogie Motorsports Park during the 2023 Track and Time championship, Round 2. The car is equipped with several performance modifications for track use.

Vehicle specifications include: Integrated Engineering Camber plates, Bilstein B14 Coilovers, stock GTI calipers with SS brake lines and Dot 4 fluid. Braking performance is enhanced with DTC60 front pads on Bremsen rotors and Hawk HP+ rear pads on Bremsen rotors. The car runs on Oz Alleggerita 17x8 et 48 wheels fitted with Hankook RS4 225-45-17 tires.

Engine performance is boosted by a Unitronic Stage 2 tune, a Magnaflow catback exhaust, a 3" CTS catless downpipe, and a K&N Typhoon intake. Handling upgrades for 2023 include White Line sway bars, adjustable end links, and an anti-lift kit. Torque Solutions engine and transmission mounts are also installed.
