The Taycan Turbo GT is now the fastest production electric vehicle to ever lap Yas Marina Circuit, setting an officially recognised record time of 2:07.247.
With racing driver Ramez Azzam behind the wheel and full sanctioning from Emirates Motorsport Organisation (EMSO) and Yas Marina Circuit, the benchmark was set under night conditions — redefining what’s possible for electric performance in the region.
Equipped with over 1,100 PS and the new Weissach Package, the Taycan Turbo GT showcased Porsche’s electrifed performance on one of the world’s most iconic Formula 1 circuits.
