This video captures Tom Fowler's impressive 1:21.805 lap at Roebling Road Raceway during the OPM Autosports World Famous Test Weekend on January 26-27, 2013. The car is a 2003 Mazda Miata Shinsen Edition, built by OPM, featuring a new 1.8L crate engine, CAI, header, and aluminum flywheel, producing 129 RWHP and 121 RWT. The vehicle weighs 2390 lbs with the driver and is equipped with SM suspension, P205/50ZR15 Hoosier SM6 tires, Carbotech pads, SD exhaust, a full cage, 6-point harness, and HANS device. Data was logged using an AiM system, and video was captured with a Chasecam. Special thanks to Tom, Tracy, the OPM crew, Mark Cash, Todd Buras, and others for a great weekend. Everyone was very helpful, and the driver learned a lot, planning to return next year for more.
