I suspect that this is the Stock Production Car Track Record at Roebling on this publish date. I have looked and can't find another stock vehicle with a faster time. This viper was in 100% showroom stock condition during these sessions (with the exception of a 6-point safety harness).

1-27-2017: After just getting over a bad cold, I decided to head to the track where a few friends were enjoying an open track day. I really wasn't feeling that good on track for my warm up session and I almost decided to call it a day when a friend asked if I would take him out for a few laps in the ACR. I put about four strong laps on her during that session with a best lap time somewhere in the mid 1:15s. We came in and he couldn't believe the grip that the car had. This got me thinking about my goal. When I purchased this car, in the back of my mind, I had a 1:14 as a personal goal, and I felt like it was within reach. 

I took the car out for a third and final session of the day. The video doesn't show it, but the car was very close to the edge on these laps. I was very happy to have three solid laps in a row with the best one being a 1:14.66. I know that there is a little room left with this stock configuration, but this is getting pretty close to the limit. It's truly shocking what this car can do.
