This was supposed to be our baseline "stock" lap in the 1988 Mustang, and it might be the last laps on this little 2.3L, which might have been experiencing oil pressure problems? The gauge never worked, until it started to work on the 2nd stint. Engine felt really anemic after that and would barely run. Uh-oh! I guess we will have to work on that engine swap sooner rather than later! ;)

We still gather valuable data and have a REALLY slow lap to improve on. Stay tuned while we change the suspension, engine, and more on this boxy 80s icon!
