Trackday 29 in the G87 and last Thunderhill East day before the repave this summer! I started with a new set of Vitour P01Rs, heat cycled and ready to go and updated alignment after killing my CRSs after only 3 track days. Between moving from Conti ECFs to Super 200s (CRS/P01R), I'm pretty consistently Sub-2s. My PB was 1.58.4 with optimals in the 1.56's.

Aside from a decent day on the track it was great to be back with @speedsftrackevents8380for my last time on East before the repave and seeing and/or chasing Roli, Kunal, @chrispy28 @Driver_407

Notes: - After killing the CRS' primarily the outside shoulders, I got an updated alignment. I maxxed out the front camber plates and now running -4° and about -2.7° in the rear...about additional -0.5° from previous settings - Day 1 on the Vitours P01Rs. Removed total of 10 PSI, starting day at about 22 PSI and got to about 30-34 hot with several laps under 30 PSI. They took a beating and seems like they only will last 3-5 track days. Yikes! I may just have to have go back to ECF's just so I can enjoy 10+ track days in between tires purchases....that and maybe have a second set of Super 200 track tires I can just use periodically. I'm no expert on tire tread wear, but wondering if these were a little under-inflated as half the session I think I was under 30 PSI. - Day 7 on the EBC RP-X FRONT pads and they have maybe a little more than the backplate so about 1 more day. Day 1 on the RP-X REAR pads. I just bought a new set from FCP Euro and will start using their lifetime replacement program. - For now sticking with RP-X pads. The fit sucks and have to dremel the sides a bit for the front pads, and rears slap around a bit, but bottom line is they work good on the track. The initial bite and pedal effort are tunable using the Brake Comfort / Sport setting. I use Comfort most of the time. I tried buying Paragon R7s but they're backlogged for 4+ months....oh well. - Day 14 on the Gyrodisc front rotors, still keeping eye on them will probably need to be replaced after the next couple of track days. Day 23 on the stock rears rotors still going but I better check the min thickness. I have no complaints with them, they are relatively cheap and I just may end up just keeping them stock. If it ain't broke..... - I hate to admit, but have been running full 13° on the Verus UCW wing. Session 3 and 4 I played around with the settings and dialed back to 8° and 5°, respectively. I definitely noticed the DECREASED stability mainly on hard braking zones like coming up to T10 and T14. I still need to play around more to feel the impact on high speed corners, I know there's less effect at speeds like 80-90, but still there is downforce and seemed to feel more balanced, less understeer at limit - I also moved M Traction Control down from 6 to 3, and actually do think I like it better. You can see my hands are a little busier in the last 2 sessions. Also interesting to note that Garmin was saying my optimal times were in the 1.56's the last 2 sessions compared to like 1.58 the first 2 sessions. I'm wondering if the traction control and wing settings are helping with that as I get more experienced and more comfortable pushing the car closer to its limits
