2022: The inaugural model year featured the standard 296 GTB with the option to add the Assetto Fiorano package. This package includes lightweight components, such as carbon-fiber door panels and a Lexan rear window, along with a track-focused suspension setup and enhanced aerodynamics, providing nearly 800 pounds of downforce at 155 mph.
2023: Ferrari introduced the 296 GTS, a convertible variant of the 296 GTB. The GTS features a retractable hardtop that can be operated at speeds up to 28 mph, offering open-air driving without compromising performance. The powertrain remains identical to the GTB, maintaining the same performance figures.
2024: No significant changes were made to the 296 GTB or GTS models. Ferrari continued to offer both variants with the Assetto Fiorano package, allowing customers to enhance their vehicles with track-oriented features and lightweight materials.
