Honda Performance Development (HPD) is the North American racing arm of Honda. Founded in 1993, HPD is responsible for the design, development, and support of Honda racing engines and chassis for various motorsports series, including IndyCar, IMSA, and other racing programs.
HPD provides engines, chassis, and technical support to Honda-powered racing teams. They develop and manufacture high-performance racing engines and components, as well as provide engineering expertise and trackside support.
