S80

The Hoosier S80 is a circuit racing slick compound designed for sports car and formula car competition. As a non-DOT tire, it is intended exclusively for track use. The S80 is the softer "quali" compound in Hoosier's slick range, coming up to temperature quickly and providing maximum grip for short stints. It is faster than harder compounds at the start of sessions when cold, making it ideal for qualifying and sprint racing.
