VBOX video of the one chance for a Sub 7m lap given the difficult weather conditions & multiple Red Flags🚩. Unfortunately, with standing start (5+s loss vs rollling or TF start) and another 5+s lost from 2nd. carousel to finish line (in very slow traffic) resulted in 7:18.22s lap. A good fast lap given the conditions.
