Watkins Glen WGI is a super fast track, there is so much good flow and limited braking it is likely to be anyones average lap speed champion.

Brakes EBC-21 F/R Motul RBF600
Hotchkis Sways rear full soft
Bridgestone RE-71RS 285 wide square
Thermostat removed

Not the best results. Managed only a 2:12.28. Usually the fastest laps were at the beginning of the stint. Showing that heat brings lap times down. The car needs more radiator, at only 91-92 F it ran on the WARM side, Oil at 250 and water around that. I used Redline 15w50 so this is not a major worry. I started shifting at 6000RPM to keep the oil temp around that mark or lower. Sometimes I cheated it. I could at times see a 2:13 but most early shift laps were higher, also I wasn't throttle mashing as hard during the "heat".

Needs more radiator. Still brakes are the next upgrade, likely z06 with girodisc rotors. EBC seem to be a good compromise althought only 2 Weekends from this set, but it is hotter. I am hoping the z06 calipers interface to the pedal with more feel, these are light braking with no good feedback or the system behaves worse with a heavy pedal use. Ice mode or something. I should swap the radiator near term as well and install a 160 thermostat.

More aero wouldn't hurt. Coil overs for sure, I am not sure where to go next based on pricing for those 2.

Bang for buck says cams and headers next.... the current HP peak at 4200 does need to go to 5000 or so 5250 due to tq math. These two mods are supposed to be 580 crank after a tune. Also e85 then

Chin Track days are run by a good group of folks and attract a great paddock
