Experience a thrilling ride-along in the CM-1027, a highly modified 1997 Mazda Miata, during a lapping session at Ridge Motorsports Park on June 20th, 2015. This was the second morning session of Day 2, offering a great opportunity to showcase the car's capabilities.

The Miata, known as CM-1027, boasts an impressive 200+ wheel horsepower and 150 lb-ft of torque (N/A, Dynapack). With an estimated vehicle weight of under 2100 lbs (950kg), it's a lightweight and agile track machine. It runs on 225/45 R15 Hankook Z214-C51 tires (heat cycled) and features Bilstein race shocks for superior handling.

Stopping power comes from a custom 4-wheel Big Brake Kit, including AP Racing CP8350 fronts, adapted FD3S rear brakes with a 1" master cylinder and adjustable proportioning valve, and PFC pads. Aerodynamic enhancements include front aero with Garage Vary components, a custom splitter and mountings, and a custom-mounted 1600mm Voltex Type-II GT-wing with a gurney flap.

The driver provided an enjoyable ride-along for a fellow Miata enthusiast, highlighting the car's performance on the track.
