This video captures a personal best lap of 1:28.95 in a 1991 Honda Civic DX at Thunderhill West on March 25th, 2017, during a SpeedSF Challenge Group event. It was the driver's inaugural experience on this specific course layout.

The Honda Civic DX, weighing approximately 2250 lbs with the driver, is equipped with a D16Z6 engine producing 119 WHP (SAE). Performance modifications include Koni Yellow Shocks, 450F / 500R springs, an ST Rear Sway Bar, Bridgestone RE-71R tires, and an MFactory Helical Limited Slip differential.

Despite this being the first time driving the course, the driver was satisfied with the lap time and expressed confidence in achieving times in the 1:25s with further practice.
