Went to VIR to do some private coaching, and a friend was there getting their competition license in their 2013 American Iron Mustang Boss 302 racecar. Being a nice guy he offered me the chance to take it for a spin!

This is the fastest car I've been able to drive on track, so my goal was a sub 2:10 lap on my first outing. And I managed to accomplish that! Start-finish lap times were Lap1 (2:12), Lap2 (2:11) with a slow car at the end. If I adjust the start finish so I don't include the hold up, ran a 2:09:27! I am pretty sure if that car wasn't there I would have ran a solid 2:08 time start-finish.
