In this video, we see Winding Road Team TFB driver Mark Drennan setting his best qualifying lap on the IMS Grand Prix course in preparation for the 2017 Battery Tender Global MX-5 Cup presented by BF Goodrich. Drennan was 2016 MX-5 Cup rookie-of-the-year and 2015 NASA East and West national champion in Spec Miata and Spec E46. His qualifying time shown here was 1:43.5869 which put him third on the MX-5 Cup grid. Teamwork by Winding Road@Atlanta Speedwerks driver Todd Lamb (#84).

Note: the timing loop used here is on the back portion of the track between T10 and T11.
