The car is stock and running perfect. I have race seats and I am running Michelin pilot sport cup 2's and Hawk DTC 70 brake pads. I don't trailer my car, I drive it to the track every event. This is my 7th track day on both. (Total of ~30 run groups)
Starting to run out of meat on the pads and the tires have been through a ton of heat cycles obviously. Still very happy with how the car felt. My biggest mistake was at turn 7. I fought the car to get back on line and I broke just a bit late so I lost a lot of speed going into the turn. Still only a second off from my SCCA track night back on April 23. Can't wait to see how the car feels when I get fresh tires and pads!
To anyone who wants to buy a car that they can bring to the track...get a C7 grand sport! Theres lots of them out their with low mileage for a good price!
