This video captures a personal best lap of 1:06.159 in a Mazda MX-5 NC at the Sydney Motorsport Park South Circuit during an MX-5 Club of NSW track day on June 24, 2017. This lap not only set a new personal record but also surpassed the previous lap record for a standard NC MX-5. Despite achieving a fourth personal best in as many outings, the driver notes that another competitor, Luke, managed an even faster time of 1:05.902, a time the driver couldn't match even with an optimal lap.
