A season opener trackday after a long winter off...dusting away cobwebs!
First time on track with this car. The day was mostly wet/damp at 5/6 deg C temps so still a bit low grip in places.
The geo is pretty aggressive however, rear end was unstable in high braking zones triggering abs too - we suspect too much rake and too little rear toe may be the culprit. The car is pretty stiff and with a bumpy circuit, it was a bit of a wild bronco ride :)
Some hesitation under full load especially after a few push laps suggests coil packs may need attention.
However overall, a pretty fun package! Car is fully rose jointed so it is very lively with super reactions to input. Oulton is not a regular circuit for me so I'm sure plenty of pace left on the table, however given the lack of runoffs, I'm happy to keep at this level - we can push the limits elsewhere :)
