First time back out to THill West in my Miata for over a year. Was at a private day to test the Lemons cars for our upcoming race at Sonoma in December. I was able to get a ton of seat time going over 100 laps between my Miata, the manual slk 320 we're building, and a 718 cayman gts.
Definitely have some areas that could be improved on. Confidence through T1 and the Dorito for sure, but I had some moments through those earlier in the day that I couldn't shake off. The slow speed hairpins really hurt I need to work on those a bunch. Tires were super done by the end off the day so it was quite slidey!
The Catalyst says that if I put a whole lap together then I could've gone a 1:31.93 which seems pretty reasonable looking at some of the data so far – especially on non heat cycled v730s.
