Recently I got a chance to nip over the Nordschleife for the tail end of a Tourist day session. This is my 5th and final lap, and I haven't been for over 4 years so I was a bit rusty and still easing into the track.

The car is a standard Caterham 310R that apart from being road legal (required for tourist days) is in 2022 championship spec, and is in race ready spec / minimum weight etc.

The final lap time showed a 7m48.9 on the vbox. 

Ideally with no traffic, a running start under the bridge (like on a full circuit track day), and a day to refine lines / braking points and get used to the circuit, I would hope to be closer to 7m40 ish. Hopefully next year.
