New PB — Official lap time: 1.39.419 — recorded via MYLAPS transponder at the Mosport Driver Development Track (CTMP) during the CSCS 2025 Season Opener. This session marked a new personal best, set under light rain conditions that added subtle surface challenges. Although the iPhone lap timer showed a minor discrepancy, the transponder time has been fully verified. The 1.39.419 lap held 2nd place in Street Class throughout the day and secured a spot in Finals.

Street Class competition was intense, with several higher-powered builds in the field. We raced against a full bolt-on Honda Civic Type R nearing 500 horsepower, a supercharged Nissan 370Z making over 400whp, and other well-prepared, high-output cars. Despite the power gap, we stayed competitive during qualifying in a stock-powered Scion FR-S making under 200hp.

With lap times reset for Finals, we weren’t able to match our earlier pace and finished 5th with a 1.39.904. No podium so we're still slow!
