This was my first time driving the car with the replacement trans after the trans failure in March. I had also installed a new Soul exhaust, replaced the engine mount and replaced the axles with ones I re-greased. It took a few laps to get used to the new sound and feel inside the car. The noise was more muted in the car than my previous exhaust. Given how worn my old engine mount was, it was a different sensation driving with a replacement semi-solid mount. Engine vibration transfers to the car, and you can feel it, but in a good way. The best lap during this session was 2:03.98, which I was happy with. Between traffic, weather/grip and tire wear, I didn't do any better than that over the weekend, but the car drove great.
