Yes a bit of disappoint! This car is 4 seconds faster at COTA than my S54 e36 aero, MCS, bigger brake(not stoptechs) with 100HP less approximately. Yes the straights are faster but I am losing alot of time elsewhere. More work to do. 1:43.4 vs 1:42 e36 on Pirelli DH slicks. I did alot of 1:45 early in the day and started to learn how to manipulate the car better. So far very little mods only Hotchkis sways and better stockish brake set up. RE-71RS

It STORMED massive around the track late Saturday and I did not go out after 3. I think I only got 2 stints in Saturday.

EBC SR21 Sintered pads, only 3 track WEs, really 2 but I pushed it here as I have alot of Barber time, and the weather was iffy. I also monitored the depth throughout the WE. They lasted just well enough. They generate too much heat and smoke readily if not cooled well coming off track. If too much pedal is used they will fade, this can be controlled by trusting them more. The leading edge wear is a concern and the rotors will blue and/or crack they generate alot of heat into the entire system. Modulation is not the best.

Chin Track Days are a great group of folks with an excellent schedule. The paddock is one of the best prepared and fastest there are in this type of event.
