Race 2 for Formula Atlantic (FA) of the 2021 June Sprints at Road America in Elkhart Lake, WI. I'm in my 2013 Phoenix F1k.12 F1000, hot off an engine swap in the paddock due to a gearbox failure. Air temperature was in the low 90s, and humidity was high. 

The video shows the race start and then lap 10. Things were going well until I started having more gearbox (or possibly paddle-shifter) issues a couple laps in, at which point I dropped back to try to preserve the car.

This was my first time at Road America, and due to the earlier gearbox problems that had prompted the engine swap, I'd had only a couple dozen laps before the start of this race. Also, I really needed taller gearing -- hence the very early lifts into T1, T5 and Canada. Clearly, I left a ton of time on the table. Still had fun though!
