Another small improvement on my personal best after a couple of outings with mixed results at best.

I replaced my completely worn-out front tires after the session at the end of October. The car was still quite neutral even with much newer front tires, however I wasn't able to take advantage of the fresher tires to improve my times when I went back in February and March.

This time around I was able to extract more performance from the car - even though I think there's still at least 1s to go after with this setup and tire combination.

The car rotated quite nicely this time, maybe also because the rear tires are really getting close to the end of their life, however the more lively rear end reduced a little of my confidence at corner exit, and this definitely contributed to leaving some precious time on the table.

While my previous days at the track didn't produce any better laps, they ended up being really helpful to identify a couple of sections were I was driving well under the limits, also thanks to the advice of a friend and more experienced driver that offered to ride with me.

The result is a completely different approach to turns 8 and 9, with less braking and carrying third gear into the first half of the "S", and also maintaining more speed into 11 and 12. I managed to make up about 0.5s just in those 2 sections - unfortunately the rest of the lap wasn't as good, and the total improvement was just shy of 0.2 seconds, stopping the clock at 1:57.611.
