CSCA Supersprint / MX-5 Club track day organised by the Sprite Car Club of Australia at SMP Amaroo (south) circuit. Alex was sharing my car today after he forgot to hit the fire extinguisher in his NB8A. He drove beautifully but was stiffed by his placement in a slow group. This video shows Run 2 and his only traffic-free lap of 1:07.366 on lap 2 - a new PB and he was beating me at this point (I did 1:07.451 about 30 minutes earlier). I improved my time to 1:06.981, only 0.385s ahead. With more clear track for Alex, I suspect it would have been MUCH closer competition!
