Atlantic Motorsport Park Carte de la piste
Plus de détails, de temps au tour et de vidéos pour Atlantic Motorsport Park

Atlantic Motorsport Park is a road racing circuit located near Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia, Canada. The facility opened for business in August 1974 and has remained in the ownership of its founding clubs ever since, making it one of Canada's longest-running member-owned racing facilities. The origins of the track date back to 1972 when Atlantic Region race director Frank Jobborn announced at the CASC AGM that the region would build its own track, declaring "If members of one club on the west coast can build a race track like Westwood, then the members of this Region can build one here." A non-profit company, Atlantic Motorsport Park Inc., was formed and soon acquired a parcel of land near Shubenacadie.

The 11-turn road course sits on a 116.56-hectare (288-acre) site and has hosted notable racing categories throughout its history. Early highlights included Formula Atlantic visits during the track's first five years, with Canadian racing legend Gilles Villeneuve setting the official lap record of 60.00 seconds in a 1975 Formula Atlantic event. Fellow Canadian legend Bill Brack won three races at the facility. AMP has also hosted NASCAR racing in the 1970s and the Canadian Honda Civic Challenge in the 1980s. Currently, the circuit serves as the annual host for the penultimate round of the Canadian Superbike Championship, continuing its tradition of hosting premier motorcycle and automobile racing events in Atlantic Canada.
