Clark International Speedway's (CIS) lap record has been broken... by a whisker! Behind closed doors, Thmoon Lee was able to set a 1:57.85 lap in 2019. But back then, Time Attack Manila's Top 100 List was only limited to accredited events making the lap ineligible. With the new submission criteria using an onboard lap timer, Thmoon's 1:57.85 lap beats the previous record set by Kunihiro Iwatsuki by 0.020 seconds.
