New Year, New PB! After the Skid Pad day with 86 Challenge friends, I was more confident with the car and catching slides here and there (with full Traction Control OFF). πŸ˜… The weather was pretty cool throughout the day. I also tried adding #100 "racing fuel" for the first time. I managed to shave off 3s from last time I was there, which was a month ago. Must be the fuel!
It was also my first time running with OnGrid track day organization. Here are some πŸ‘, 😢 and πŸ‘Ž recaps of this event:
πŸ‘:
- A lot of sessions and track time.
- They were very much on schedule.
- Fast check-in process.
😢:
- They would combine groups when there were fewer people registering.
- No download meetings after the first session.
πŸ‘Ž:
- No slow/fast lanes in the pit. Only one line.
- Heard some friends complaining about "some drivers giving disrespectful point-by hand gestures"
