This is the 3rd time out with this car, and pretty impressed with what one can do if you open up the exhaust a little and let that Coyote breathe... we're not much more than good brakes, good tires, e85 and Longtubes. Not bad for a Copart salvage base edition Mustang GT, eh?

It was an incredibly hot day, up to 95 degrees by 8am, ended up getting to 115. There were only a handful of chances in the morning to really go for it, and my getting to the initial grid late had me fight through traffic the whole first session. Second session I realized this was probably the only shot, gave myself a little space on the out lap, and let it fly.
