development continues - when BJ Zacharias first drove our car ten months ago he did a 1:48 but thought 1:40 should be possible. today, true to his prediction, he ran a 1:39.3 - this is only 1.6 seconds off the overall record at this track. not bad for a 175 hp trackday car :) now amateurs like ourselves are running 1:47-1:49 laps. and yes, we've renamed our cars and this model is now officially called the D4 (see our website and blog).
