Welcome to Ahvenisto racetrack in Finland, the oldest track in the country from 1967. This track has a bridge and an underpass in addition to elevation changes, blind corners, and close-to-wall corners.
This magnificent track is a 2.8 km twisty snake with 12 crazy turns and brutal on the suspension, engine, and tires. The track day was arranged by Miata Club of Finland with a few other car clubs such as Honda, Ford, Peugeot, Opel, and Mitsubishi.
This is my first drive around here and my passenger is an awesome Miata NA owner Joona, which also took me for a ride in his car equipped with BC Racing coilovers and Semi slick tires with insane grip.
In this stint my aim was to learn the track, familiarize with breaking points, best angle of attack in corners, the racing line.
