Hi all!
Here is my record lap in the cayman 718 gts manthey racing on the beautiful Magny cours f1 gp track.
I had the chance to drive two days here on an absolute private track day (ony 4 cars!!) during the winter break period
First day was pretty wet and cold but second day wayyyyy better, grip also not optimal and dirty parts like in estoril curv.

My feeling is that on a perfect condition and new tire i can put the car a little under 1.54 something like 1.53.800 maybe, which is pretty fast here for the porsche of the poor guys 😀
If you look at the table time of the magasin MOTORSPORT mag in france, this laptime is 2sec faster than the cayman 981 gt4 in michelin sport cup 2 tire and more than a Half second faster than the cayman 718 Gt4 with also the same tire, both driven by the pro driver Romain Monti.


Well here is the spec of the car and condition of the day, also later i had a slot of laps where i used the michelin ps4 s instead trofeo R and you will see the difference between both tire anyway the weather and tragk condition with the michelin was a bit better than with trofeo so not exactly a perfect comparison but it give a good idea of the différence between a good street tire and semi slick tire!
