The CT5-V Blackwing is powered by a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine, producing 668 horsepower and 659 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful Cadillac ever produced. This engine is paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission, rare among high-powered luxury sedans, or a 10-speed automatic transmission for quicker shifts and improved drivability. The car achieves 0-60 mph in about 3.4 seconds with the automatic option.
Performance enhancements include Magnetic Ride Control 4.0, which adjusts suspension damping in real-time for precise handling and a comfortable ride. It features Brembo brakes for strong stopping power and an electronic limited-slip differential for enhanced traction.
Inside, the CT5-V Blackwing balances luxury with sportiness, featuring premium materials, carbon fiber accents, and performance seats with optional heating, ventilation, and massaging functions. The car is equipped with a 12-inch digital gauge cluster, a 10-inch infotainment screen, and an advanced audio system. Unique exterior features include an aggressive front grille, wider fenders, and quad exhaust tips, giving it a bold and athletic stance.
