The Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth is a high-performance, limited-edition version of the Sierra, designed to meet homologation requirements for racing. Produced between 1987 and 1988, it features a 2.0L turbocharged inline-4 engine, producing 224 hp and 228 lb-ft of torque. With a rear-wheel-drive layout, it can accelerate from 0-60 mph in around 6 seconds. The RS500 is distinguished by its modified bodywork, larger intercooler, and unique front splitter, making it a highly sought-after collector's item. Only 500 units were produced.
