Nishitokyo is about 20km from Tokyo's center. About 30 minutes by train. Many Nishitokyo residents commute to city center. For Nishitokyo residents, "cars" are unnecessary. Nishitokyo has no circuit. Nishitokyo residents live in the new city. Not interested in motorsport.
