Latest PB from OVERDRIVE Auto Tuning track day @ Mission Raceway Park, with a new time of 1:16.00 flat!

The first morning session presented a 1:16.27 time right off the bat—already besting my old 1:17.20 time from the 2022 season. Feeling there was still time to be had, I went out during the second session and set this new time on my 4th lap of the session. I approached the lapping slightly different this time at MRP, alternating between one hot lap and one cool down to conserve some of my consumables (as MRP is very heavy on brakes). Times were steady throughout the morning with 1:16s~, so the consistency was a good sign. A optimal 1:15.80 was on the table, but I did not want to test my luck with the brake set up which wasn't giving me as much confidence as I wanted, plus the Mission Raceway walls/barriers still scare me from pushing much harder than I could. I will definitely try to shave down a few .10ths to get into the 15's or lower next visit. 

Revisions have been made to the M2C since last year. It is now running more aggressive aero front and rear, Nitron R1 Coilovers, Bridgestone RE71RS and camber plates with custom alignment specs (-3 front/-2 rear, toe 0.0 front, toe-in 0.10 rear, caster OEM). With the increase in overall speed all throughout the track, new brakes will be required next time as this is now the weakest link.
