The car was undergoing a break-in period for a new BOE motor, following MotoMan's "drive it like you stole it" recommendation. Although this particular track configuration is not the driver's preferred layout, as they favor the inclusion of the bus stop at the end of the back straight, a new personal best was still achieved. It's noted that some initial break-in and pulls were performed on a dyno before the track session.
