1.23.92 new personal best at Thunderhill West in the E46M. (Down from a 24.62)
This was kind of a surprise. Took 565 days for me to shave a tenth off a few months ago for a PB. Then completely smashed that today. Was my very first hot lap of the entire day. Nice. Main reason I even signed up for this event was because we ran reverse CW after lunch.
To be fair this was the first shakedown at West with MCS 2WR. At this point I have PB'd at every single track consecutively since installing them! Clearly are a pretty decent damper. My last 2 bests with the E46 have been on V730s. This lap was on 13 heat cycle RE71RS. (Only 2 changes since October's lap)
Currently .9 seconds away from my F80 time at West (1.23.0).
That might change in the near future as I will be out at West with the F80 in April with Speed SF to chase a 22 or 21 on pretty fresh RE71RS.
Sorta dont like this lap watching it back. Several of the corners I have down very well. Were not executed very well this lap. Clearly more time to be shaved.
T2: Min speed was not great. I try to stay above 60. 62 is a nice zone.
Dorito: Not the best speed carried over it. Needs a few more MPH.
T10: Didnt push our far enough before turning in. The exit line wasnt great either.
